Tom Horn Announces Portugal Expansion

Tom Horn Gaming, the casino software and slot game supplier that won the Best Online Casino Provider at the CEEG Awards last month, has announced an expansion into the Portugal online casino market, with a new agreement to provide gaming content.

Under the deal, which was announced on Tuesday, the developer will provide its entire portfolio of video game slots to Casino Portugal, a major operator in that market.

Tom Horn have agreed to provide their full roster of popular slots, including well-known titles such as Frozen Queen, Sherlock and 243 Crystal Fruits to the Portugal market, along with a range of promotional tools and a commitment to add new content in future.

The deal with Tom Horn appears to be a good fit for Casino Portugal, which is attempting to grow its share of the online gaming market in multiple jurisdictions. They are also the first operator based in the country to offer Tom Horn games, after the developer earned the official approach of the Portugal gaming regulator, Serviço de Regulação Inspeção de Jogo back in July.

Speaking about the deal, the co-CEO of Casino Portugal, Antonio Laranjo, said that his company was committed to offering the best and most responsible slots games available and that Tom Horn’s gaming portfolio would be warmly welcomed by their online players:

“We know they will love it and will be waiting with great anticipation for every new supplier’s game release. I’m sure with Tom Horn we have exciting times ahead of us.”

The regulated online gaming market in Portugal is one of the fastest growing in Europe, with overall revenue in the first three months of 2019 reaching £42.4 million, and Tom Horn is the latest in several gaming developers and operators to attempt to gain a foothold in the Portugal market.
