High-profile online casino games producer NetEnt has launched a new online casino model, which it hopes will offer operators more choice and scalability in the way they run their platforms.
According to NetEnt, the new model, known as the Network Branded Casino (NBC) will give casino operators more control over the Live Casino aspects of their business.
NBC will provide three levels of content, with varying degrees of customisation possibility, starting with a basic game platform at the first level and progressing to a more detailed, bespoke Live Casino platform that will be adjusted to suit the needs of individual operators.
The new product will feature two rooms. The first will have a focus on traditional blackjack, with two regular jackpot tables and a VIP version. The second room will include roulette, common draw blackjack and NetEnt’s new Perfect Blackjack game, which was added to the NetEnt roster last month. The theory behind the two-room approach is that players will be able to move from room to room and table to table without having to click back to the starting lobby.
The inclusion of the Perfect Blackjack title is likely to be particularly popular with online blackjack fans. This game was produced through a collaboration with Grosvenor Casinos, of the Rank Group, and offers a far more player-friendly blackjack experience than the traditional online version of the game.
Players receive the perfect hand each round, which enables them to develop their blackjack strategy, while the house edge has been slashed to produce a RTP of 99.5%.
NetEnt will clearly hope that the combination of a more flexible operator platform and a player-friendly blackjack version will prove to be a popular one as they roll out their NBC model.
