Helio Gaming Recognised with Lottery Award

-

Software developer Helio Gaming has earned industry recognition for its range of online lottery products, at the 5 Star Media Starlet Awards.

The Malta-based company was named Lottery Supplier of the Year by the 5 Star judging panel, who praised the developer for the range of purpose-built lottery options they offer.

These include Helio’s high profile, award-winning Lotto Hero game, an hourly lottery based on a progressive jackpot that starts at €1 million and can be customised for both tablet and mobile play, and their Live Lotto title, which features draws every three minutes and prizes up to €50,000.

The award comes towards the end of what has been a successful year for Helio. The company was also nominated in the 2019 EGR B2B Lottery Supply Award category and has increased its presence in a number of growing markets around the world throughout 2019.

Having established a relationship with online gaming operator Vbet last year, Helio has expanded that connection by going live with the company’s sites in more than 50 countries, offering players daily, weekly and event-based lottery games based on popular globally-renowned lotteries.

Speaking about the recognition at the Starlet Awards, the CEO of Helio, Richard Mifsud, said that it was a fitting reward for the company’s efforts to provide innovative lottery products:

“We strive to create strong and purpose-built solutions that give partners the edge in a competitive market, so it’s very pleasing to see our cutting-edge development receive the recognition it deserves.”

It has been a remarkable rise for a company that was set up in 2017, with the intention of offering a

Hero range of games that it is best known for.
